The Estuary Padre Ramos Natural Reserve is one of the largest mangrove estuaries left in Central America. It is a 22,000-acre protected reserve which provides endless opportunities for sea kayaking, swimming, bird-watching, hiking, and exploration. The beach and ocean is known for excellent surfing, beginner to advanced, making this a true paradise.

This property is set up to be managed as an airbnb, hostal or small boutique style hotel. The location is without any doubt unique, waterfront within the nature reserve and views at mangroves and surrounding volcanoes.
