The ocean view apartments are located closest to the reception and main parking lot. The apartment complex consists of 18 units. 6 units wide, by 4 stories high, with the first level consisting of 6 stores. Each row has ocean views, however the view increases on each level. The 1 bedroom apartments are 750 sq ft and includes the following amenities.
The kitchen comes fully stocked with a bar, bar stools, sink, oven & stove, refrigerator, & cabinets. The master bedroom suite includes 1 queen size bed, cabinets, an alarm clock, lamps, bed side tables, dresser, picture frames, walk in closet, bathroom, air conditioning and a sliding glass door opening up to the patio.
The walk-in closet has a safe, and a lot of space for clothes and storage. It is located between the bathroom and the bedroom. The living room has a luxury sofa, furniture, a flat screen TV with satellite.
Location of the Apartments:
Upon pulling up to the resort, you will drive through a half moon entrance, which will bring you to the front entrance of the resort. From here, you can check in, park your car, then walk or take our shuttle to your room. Or you can park in the main parking lot and follow the quick pathway to the apartment complex.
After checking into the reception, you will then enter the resort through the sliding glass doors. You will be left breathless from the site of the large pool with islands, waterfall, water slides and the main area of the resort, you will then walk 15 feet and to the left up the stairs, down the path and to any of the two entrances of your apartment complex. The apartments also have an elevator to allow easy access to whichever floor your unit is on.

1. 30% deposit, two 20% construction progress payments, and the final 30% balance at closing. All closing fees are included, as well as the HPR title.
2. 40% - 50% down payment then monthly payments over 36 months, 0% interest. All closing fees are included, as well as the HPR title.
