There are over 14 houses in the Emerald Heights development, situated on the hill at the back of the resort, over looking the Surf Ranch Resort and ocean. The 2 story houses have over 4000 sq ft of living space and the sale includes the land it sits on which is 70ft x 60ft. The houses also come fully furnished.
On the first floor, there is the main living room, kitchen, master bedroom, walk in closet, bathroom and patio. There are stairs leading downstairs to another living room. Downstairs includes another master bedroom and walk in closet, bathroom, third bedroom and outdoor patio with an inifity edged pool and BBQ.
The houses come with air conditioning, hot water, flat screen TV's with cable, glass railings, care takers house, pool pump area, small yard, parking lot, and amazing 180 degree views of the Pacific ocean.
Access:
The houses are located at the back of the resort in the Emerald Heights development, over looking the resort and ocean. There are 2 roads through the resort leading to the houses, and each house has a parking lot. The roads will also be paved. To get to the main part of the resort you can drive down to the main parking lot or simply call reception for pick up and our shuttle drivers will pick you up in our solar paneled golf cart shuttles.

PAYMENT PLAN:
1. 30% deposit, two 20% construction progress payments, and the final 30% balance at closing. All closing fees are included, as well as the title.

Unlimited Use – You can use your unit for as long as you like, or put it in the rental pool to make a monthly income.

Free Access – You receive free access to all activities and sports at the resort. This is only available to you. Family & friends will still need to pay full price on activities & sports.
Storage – Each owner will receive a free storage area in our warehouse, where you can keep items that you do not want to bring home, and keep safe for the next time you arrive.
