This spacious 4 bed/5 bath home is located directly on the sand in front of Panga Drops, one of the most consistent surf breaks in Nicaragua. It is also only a few minute walk down the beach from Colorado, one of the best surf breaks in Nicaragua!

The house offers 4,500 sq. ft. of living space with 3 large bedrooms(2 upstairs and 1 downstairs) and a 1-bedroom studio with separate kitchenette downstairs that is connected to the main house by a tropical courtyard with hammocks and BBQ grill. The beachside pool and large covered patios both upstairs and downstairs are great places to watch the surf and stunnign sunsets!

The master and guest bedrooms upstairs share a large 2nd floor patio, each with their own private access as well as a separate guest access. From here, you look out to the Los Perros headland and Panga Drops surfbreak. All bedrooms have ocean views and a private bathroom and closet. The house if fully equipped with A/C in all rooms (including the main living area), a 55" Smart TV, wireless Internet, satellite TV, a safe for valuables, outdoor shower and a back-up generator that automatically powers everything in the house (including a/c) in case of a power outage.
