It is a 3 story house with an incredible view of the pacific ocean. The third floor is a master suite which is set up to be completely independent of the rest of the house. It includes a living room, kitchen, office nook and dining area.

The second floor of the home has 2 private bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom and a balcony. Each of the bedroom has a fantastic ocean view. The first floor includes a kitchen, dining area and a guest bathroom all looking out on the large pool and pool deck. There are great views from every spot in the home. There is a guest bedroom and bathroom around the back of the home. There is also an efficiency apartment built onto the backside of the house. Down below the pool there is a caretaker's home or a second efficiency apartment.
