Casa Mariposa is a beautiful home only 25 minutes from San Juan del Sur. offering incredible views of the Pacific and located in the Parque Maritimo.

The living and dining areas open up to the pool and enormous patio, allowing the cool ocean breezes to flow through the home giving you great views of the Pacific. The indoor living area is large and comfortable and has books, games, satellite TV, and stereo for your use. The beautiful wood dining table will seat ten and there is additional seating of eight outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare great meals. The outdoor area has a lounge chairs, custom built pool chairs, one hammock, a large brick grill/oven perfect for barbecues and a wireless airport for when you want to connect to the internet.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, ceiling fan, two armoires and large built in closets. The second bedroom has a king bed, and a private bathroom, and the third and fourth bedroom have two twins and one full size bed and their own separate bathroom.
